SMS Credits and Billing

NOLA SMS Pro uses a credit-based system to manage SMS usage. Each SMS message consumes credits depending on the length of the message.

Free Credits

Upon signing up, every user receives 5 free credits which can be used to test the SMS functionality.

SMS Credit Usage

Each 160 characters equals 1 credit.

SMS Length	Credits Used
Up to 160 characters	1 credit
161–320 characters	2 credits
321–480 characters	3 credits

Messages longer than 160 characters will automatically be split into multiple SMS segments.

Credit Pricing

In NOLA SMS Pro, 1 credit is equal to 1 Philippine Peso (₱1).

Users can purchase SMS credits using the following plans:

Credit Deduction

Credits are automatically deducted whenever an SMS message is sent through:

• GoHighLevel workflows

• The NOLA SMS Pro Web App

• API integrations

Buying Credits

Users can purchase additional SMS credits through the NOLA SMS Pro dashboard. Once payment is completed, the credits will automatically be added to the user's account.

Important Notes

• Credits are deducted per SMS segment.

• Special characters or Unicode messages may use more than one segment.

• Always monitor your credit balance in the dashboard to avoid message delivery interruptions.
