Sending SMS via GoHighLevel Workflow

Users can send automated SMS messages directly from GoHighLevel workflows using the NOLA SMS Pro custom workflow action.

Workflow Setup:

1. Create or open a workflow in GoHighLevel.

2. Add a new action.

3. Select Send SMS via NOLA SMS Pro.

4. Configure the required fields.

5. Publish the workflow.

Required Fields:

Phone Number The recipient's phone number mapped from the GoHighLevel contact record.

Example: {{contact.phone}}

Sender ID The name that appears as the SMS sender.

Example: NOLACRM

Message The SMS message content that will be sent to the recipient.

Example message:

Hi {{contact.first_name}}, your appointment is tomorrow.

Dynamic fields can be used to personalize the message using contact information stored in GoHighLevel.
